Hello, I tried all the installation media published in this forum including the one that corresponds to my model CK10-i7-10710U and, in no way have I been able to reinstall the multimedia sound driver

Is there another kind of installer for this??

I am having the exact same issue. The audio controller is not working. My system crashed. Had to install a new SSD. Downloaded the image corresponding to I7-10810U. What's interesting is that the drivers folder associated with this download appears to have amd drivers? In any case, is there a solution to this?
