I sent a PM to barry about this. Hopefully I'll hear something back soon, and he may reply here as well.

Did yours originally come with Windows 10? Mine did, and I can't upgrade it to Windows 11 as it doesn't have the Secure Boot option in the BIOS. I had contacted them about this a year or two ago, but there's no BIOS update for it. I guess the system board is such that it doesn't support it. I mean, I could install Windows 11 using Rufus to create "no secure boot" workaround installation media, but I'd rather just stick with Windows 10 for now.

Yes mine did come with Windows 10 Pro. However, just to be clear this is the KAMRUI Mini PC Stick Windows 10 Pro T6 pro with Intel® Celeron® Processor G​​emini Lake J4125 version ... I enjoy Windows 10 more than 11 and I love this little zippy thing when traveling and using hotspot. If anyone needs this win 10 Pro OOBE image.If allowed, I could upload the image or zip file if requested. However you still have to find a work around for the wifi driver issue if you update. In which I'm in the process of. Shows the network but cannot connect issue. Works fine if you reinstall fresh. If I figure out I'll post here. Unless there is another work around for this issue.If there is a work round please advise.

Depending on your particular unit, you may not be able to install Windows 11, as it may not support it. Having said this, if you install the Windows 10 provided here, you're most definitely going to want to update it to a more recent version, as support for version 2004 ended in Dec 2021. It should give you the option to upgrade to a newer version of Windows 10 through Windows update. The most recent and last version of Windows 10 is 22H2. Support for it ends in Oct 2025, and Microsoft isn't releasing any newer versions.

However, it may support Windows 11, and the embedded Product Key for Windows 10 should be good for Windows 11 as well.
