I got the same issue with my 5-month old AM07 today. The internal NVME seems dead. I contacted the support and waiting for their feedback.

Hi there, just left a message that my MiniPC - kamrui keeps booting into Bios settings and I feel that the SSD has gone bad.
Bought via Amzn 8/12/2023.

I ran into the same issue (boot directly to bios / on boot screen no NVME partition name shown) in the last 2 weeks. Purchased the AM07 (from Amazon) on July 11 2023. The NVME SSD is from KSTON MEMORY TECHNOLOGY, K765-512GB. I can sometimes get the computer to boot properly on the very first powerup of the day (after sitting overnight) or after re-seating the SSD and removing/reinstalling the BIOS battery. Once booted the OS seems to operate normally, no issues reading/writing hard drive; but if you power down or restart, the computer fails to boot again. I purchased a new NVMe SSD and after finally getting the computer to boot (see above) I cloned the hard drive. With new SSD the computer boots correctly again. The problem seems like a timing issue where the BIOS does not wait long enough or does not retry when identifying the hard drive on boot. These KSTON drives must respond slower on boot when they get older / fill up storage. Just my opinion.

I wonder if the issues in viewtopic.php?t=4945 relate to what's happening with you? Kingston has always been a good brand for me, but I don't have any of their NVMe drives.
