Unable to repair windows
My unit (KAMRUI AK1 Plus Mini PC, Intel 12th Gen N95(up to 3.4GHz) Mini Desktop Computers, 8GB RAM/256GB M.2 SSD Micro Computer Tower Support 4K UHD, Dual Wi-Fi, BT 4.2 for Business Home Office https://a.co/d/gwwHNor) crashed and was unable to restart. When I tried to reset the PC I get the message "there was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made." Any suggestions how to resolve?

Re: Unable to repair windows
You can first try the following troubleshooting procedure...
If that doesn't help, you can try a BIOS discharge...
If none of this helps, the next step would be to reinstall the system, which you can get here.

Re: Unable to repair windows
Unfortunately none of these steps work. I did try to reinstall windows in the last suggestion and when I reached the last step, the system still gave me the blue screen, "we are unable to repair your system" prompt. When I tried to reinstall the system again, the USB drive could not be located. Do you have any additional suggestions before I consider it an unrecoverable brick?

Re: Unable to repair windows
At this point, I'd reach out to the seller or barry, a tech for the company, at barry@minipcunion.com, or both. Hopefully one or the other will be able to help troubleshoot the issue to figure out what's causing it.
