amr5 1 week old led in performance knob out

hi anyone have any idea why my 1 week old amr5 performance knob led would go out, happened today makes it hard to tell if the computer is on or not????

That's definitely weird.

I would contact support at support@kamrui.com and let them know what's going on.

Generally speaking, this will not happen. Have you ever disassembled the machine?
