Re: AK3 RESTART PROBLEM big delays, and not resuming from sleep
oyster, In the interim, I'd roll back the feature update, if you can. I think you only have ten days in which to do so. You should be able to find it in Settings >> Update & Security >> Recovery. If it was the feature update that just came out, it likely upgraded to version 20H2, not 2004. If yo...

Re: Windows 8.1 BIOS
Btjit65765, It wouldn't be the BIOS, or at least nothing having to do with the image label. I don't know if the BIOS image label is added by the company and they just haven't changed it since the units were originally released with Windows 8.1, or if it's gleaned from the product key, which in this ...

Re: CK2 - how many SODIMM slots
MikeZ, You're correct. It is one slot. Edit: I should add that the slot is an add on that's under the cover, so being that the unit can be expanded only to 16GB of RAM, it's likely that only an 8GB module can be added. The admin will have to verify this. I'll message the admin to both ask the questi...

Re: start every time only BIOS
EnricoGirardello,
If you haven't tried this already, I would disconnect your keyboard, then start the unit. If your keyboard is the cause of the problem, the unit should start normally.

jazzmans2,
Though I'm not 100% sure about this, I believe you have to upload your video to a hosting service, then post a link to the video on that service. Something like Google Drive or YouTube.

Re: AK3V (J4125) m.2 SATA SSD support issue
SergS,
You're very welcome. I hope the new drive makes it speedy!
I added a Samsung 840 EVO 250GB regular SATA SSD to my AK3V. The storage speed doubled and the responsiveness difference is quite noticeable. I imagine with an NVME drive it will be even more so!

Re: Accensione remota

Re: AK3V (J4125) m.2 SATA SSD support issue
SergS, According to an answer I got when I emailed ACEPC about this particular topic, the AK3V with the J4125 based system board supports an m.2 NVME SSD, which would mean that it does not support an m.2 SATA SSD, as the m.2 slot can't support both types of drives. As well, from what I've read, the ...

Re: AK3V WiFi issue
Serg5, I had the exact same issue with my AK3V and had to do the same thing. I noticed that it was okay if I didn't seat the add SSD all the way down in place, as in just connecting it and letting it temporarily lay there without being pushed down and screwed in place. Once it was pushed down and sc...
