baron42168,
Just out of curiosity, do you have an add on HDD/SSD attached to the unit, whether just for extra storage or as a system drive? If so, you may need to detach that add on drive before performing the OS installation.

Re: Links to download latest BIOS and EC
wingers, They don't have a central list for the BIOS due to not wanting people to flash them unless there is a good reason for it, as it's fairly easy to mess up and brick the unit. After searching the forum, so far I've been able to find these... •The the BIOS and EC for the AK3 (at least the J4125...

Re: How to clone T11 emmc OS to SSD
jlthorburn, I'm glad to hear it. MiniTool Partition Wizard allows you to extend the target partition(s) as well, but the most important thing is just being able to complete the task, no matter what method you use. I'll keep DiskGenius in mind for the future too, as it definitely sounds like it's ano...

Re: How to clone T11 emmc OS to SSD
jlthorburn, There are a couple of different methods for doing this. First is ACEPC's recommended method, seen in the following post... https://www.iacepc.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=1223#p1223 The other is using a third party program. Here's the method I use, and it's worked well for me for both my GK...

Re: mini pc T11 no OS
baron42168, The "system" the admin is referring to the OS. A link to download the OS is in a reply above (it's the blue Download button), and directly below that link is the re-installation instruction video. I believe it's a proprietary OS, meaning it includes the drivers for the system, ...

Re: AK-1 lost wireless connect with nighthawk router
tpleighton,
What did you "upgrade" on the router? Is it a new router or did you update/change the firmware, or something else?
Are other devices able to connect to the router in question?
Was your AK1 able to connect to the router prior to it being upgraded?

A few things that I do to help performance are... 1. Setting the desktop as a solid color. Settings >> Personalization >> Background 2. Turning off transparency effects. Settings >> Personaliztion >> Colors 3. Setting the performance option to "Adjust For Best Performance" (pic below). Con...

Re: Acepc AK1 crashes every morning
MalibuMontana, I would install Core Temp on the unit to keep an eye on the temperature. From what you're describing, I'm wondering if it's cutting off due to high heat. That you have to leave it off long enough before it comes back on might suggest this, as well. Make sure to pay attention during in...

Re: pc set up problem
hellcat1998, If it's happening on the initial setup, I suggest disconnecting the unit from your internet, whether that's by removing the LAN cable or shutting off your WiFi source, then force a shutdown of the unit by pressing and holding the power button in until the unit shuts off (usually 3-5 sec...
