Likely some of them will work for Windows 10, but probably not all.

If you're able to get into the BIOS (Del key on startup), I would try resetting everything to default. The options to do so should be on the right side of the main BIOS screen. If it's not even turning on, I would see if resetting the BIOS to defaults fixes the problem. You can access the BIOS by repeatedly pressing or pressing and holding the Del key just after pressing the power button.
