Re: AD15 ram upgrade
When in doubt, buy Crucial. All DDR4 SODIMMs are more-or-less the same, make sure it's 3200MT, CL22, at 1.2V, then you will be good.

Kamrui/AceMagician AM08 Pro with AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS Review
Introduction The Kamrui Brand Kamrui, or more commonly known as AceMagician in the US, is a mini PC manufacturer that brings many offerings to the market. I have reviewed a couple of their products in the past, namely the AD03 with Intel N95 chip and the AM06 Pro with AMD Ryzen 5 5600U. Both produc...

Best AceMagician Mini PCs Ranked
Here are my top recommendations for AceMagician Mini PCs: 1. $100-$199: AceMagician AD03/T8 Plus The AD03 has a DIMM slot for DDR4 memory, supports up to 32GB (which I am currently running), while the T8 Plus uses LPDDR5. Both of these units come with dual LAN so they are very suitable for a home se...

Re: AD03, deactivate Secure Boot
That's exactly what I've already tried, but under Security > Secure Boot > Secure Boot the Option "Disable" cannot be selected. Nothing can be changed on this page Are you using the original SSD that comes with the system? To disable Secure Boot, you will need the original SSD installed s...

AceMagician AD15 Initial Impressions
Here are some performance testings that I’ve done when asked to test drive the unit. First things first, in the BIOS settings, the default BIOS from AM capped both PL1 and PL2 to 40W, but it is tunable by the user. I have two sets of numbers for the performance benchmarks, one is the default 40W, an...

Re: AMR5 survey
1. What are your age and occupation? I am in my 30s, and I am a system admin. 2. Where did you first discover our products? On Amazon when searching for N95 products. 3. What is your primary purpose for purchasing our AMR5 mini gaming PC? I did not purchase the AMR5, however, I have the similarly sp...

Re: AM06 Pro Tear Down
I want to thank you again for the teardown with all the helpful images. However, now that I have received my unit and have had an opportunity to perform testing, I wanted to follow up with an answer to my own question. The reason that I asked the question in the first place was that it seemed to me...

AM06 Pro In-Depth Review
Foreword: AMD has always occupied a spot in my enthusiasm for hardware. Dating back to 2017 when I got my hands on my first Ryzen 1800X system, then the 2600X, 3900X and later the 5950X and now the 7700X, from the problem-prone X470, to B450, then X570 and now B650 motherboards, I’ve used them all....

AM06 Pro Tear Down
Opening the case is a straightforward process that requires no special tools. To access the interior, simply unscrew the four rubber-wrapped screws located at the bottom of the case. It's worth noting that these screws serve a dual purpose as they also function as rubberized feet, offering ample gri...
