Re: DDR5-5600 Memory Upgrade
It sounds like you've already installed the memory, and it's not recognised? Not booting? But you're able to get into the BIOS? What have you tested so far? As I don't have one of these models, I can't advise on specific settings. Barry posted a video walkthrough of a RAM upgrade here: https://minip...

Re: Missing drivers!!!
I agree with Gabe, let us know what the details are for that specific device. You can also try uninstalling the current driver, reboot, and see if it fixes it. Barry posted the drivers for the AM16 in the forums, here: https://minipcunion.com/viewtopic.php?t=4971 Sometimes it is hard to tell which d...

Re: Aktuelle Firmware gesucht
Hi JanNie,
It's uncommon for BIOS updates to be released unless there's a problem. What issue are you having with the AM07?

Re: NvmE 2To Crucial not recognized
In the videos posted here (viewtopic.php?t=4970), it looks like one M.2 port supports NVMe and the other only supports SATA. If you're trying to add the NVMe drive to the SATA port, that would explain why it's not recognized. Did you try it in both ports?

Re: Conducting Research on Mini PC Model Preferences
Totally agree with you about the tipping factor, Gabe. I mentioned it before about stability. It was just more of a uniqueness in design, that I like the looks of vertical/standing systems better. However, considering how many large PCs come as towers, I guess that's less unique than I suggest. End ...

Re: Conducting Research on Mini PC Model Preferences
I'm going to vote on both the Google form, and this forum thread. However, I feel it requires more of a discussion, rather than a simple "A or B" answer. I like the look of vertical standing systems like the AMR5. It has a wider base and feels stable as it stands. For my purposes, vertical...

Re: RAM upgrade
TVHD, thanks for testing 32GB of RAM. I know Intel's official docs claim only 16GB is supported, but we've seen many times where people can go beyond the officially tested limits of computing.
I'm sure 32GB of ram in an S1 would make it a pretty powerful little system!

I wonder why so many people are able to post as Guest, without logging in. It makes following the conversation difficult.
