As a response to the last reply, though removing the fan power may have helped with the sound, it is not at all advisable for anyone to do this. CPU cooling fans, especially in compact units like these, are there to protect against temperature spikes that can quickly ruin a CPU, or shorten its life.

You shouldn't need any decryption key for the drivers file. It's zipped, so you need to unzip the file after download.

With this said, it looks like the driver installation tutorial has been removed.

It's the Delete key. After startup, or on restart, you can either continually tap or press and hold the Del key to enter the BIOS.

Though most people already know this, BE CAREFUL in the BIOS.

For reference, and for others that read this, flashing an improper BIOS to a unit can cause significant issues, up to and including irreversible unit failure.
