Re: RESOLVED: How can I enable WOL for the CK10 (i5-12450H)?

More information regarding this issue: I discovered that I could have avoided all this by doing one simple thing: Leave the Realtek LAN drivers alone! I found that when I restored the originally shipped Realtek drivers, it all just worked perfectly. This is another example of why it is such a good i...

Re: Is there a good Mini PC for a file/Plex server?

There is zero difference between eternal drives and internal drives. But there is a difference between standard drives and so called "NAS" drives. These drives are designed a bit more rugged to withstand heavy usage in 24 x 7 scenarios, although you won't be hammering them that hard with a...

Re: S1 TFT Screen

As Gabe noted, the program runs down in the notification area of the taskbar. To run it, you need to select that icon. It's pretty small but the icon says "CYX" like this:

Re: RESOLVED: How can I enable WOL for the CK10 (i5-12450H)?

EDIT: Revising the solution because I have discovered yet more... Okay, this is different from all my other machines, but I have resolved this. In the power setting for the Realtek adapter, enable all 3 of these options: Allow computer to turn off this device to save power Allow this device to wake ...

Re: How can I enable WOL for the CK10 (i5-12450H)?

Follow-up to my original post: I have some new information that leads me to believe that this is a limitation of this system, but ultimately, I would still like to get confirmation on this if that is at all possible. I have discovered that WOL will work on this system under these conditions: 1) Syst...

RESOLVED: How can I enable WOL for the CK10 (i5-12450H)?

I'm sure that I must be missing something obvious, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to enable WOL on this model. I have disabled Fast Startup in Windows, for the Ethernet adapter I have enabled all the WOL related settings. In addition, the Power Management settings are set to enable t...

Re: W11 system and drivers for CK10

I have a CK10 on order with the i5-12450H CPU. Does the system image and driver package posted in this thread apply to that system? There seem to be multiple CK10 models so I was not certain if what is posted here is applicable to that model. If not, from where can I download the appropriate files? ...

Gabe, I have updated the procedure. It will now work even if you autologon with or without a password!

Let me know what you think.

Re: S1 LED control program (20231102) released

Interesting. Let me see what I can do about that, Gabe. I'm about to perform another clean install so that will be a good time for me to emulate your scenario. BTW, I'm to the point where everything else is all worked out now. I actually like my method better than what Acemagic is doing. With their ...
