Re: RAM upgrade

dragonpoo, Your signature lists some systems that come with 8GB of RAM. I'll admit, I've considered upgrading some of my systems to have more RAM. But, not all systems can handle an upgrade, with soldered RAM in place. Then, which would I do? The AMR5 would support it, and you've shown the S1 can h...

So that BIOS update was posted back in 2022, and the version Abygae referenced is 2023. Now I wonder if there is indeed a later version available.

(also, think it'd be a good idea to move this thread to the AMR5 area?)

I'd agree with Gabe, do a BIOS default reset first, assuming you can get into it. If you can't even boot the system, it would be difficult to perform a BIOS update as that requires getting into the OS post BIOS. Gabe, I was looking in the AMR5 forum area but can't find it - wasn't there a BIOS updat...

Re: AMR5 sets world record

I admit, I just noticed this post today. Looks like a really cool project to do. I wonder how well that modded AMR5 would run with the extra memory, storage, and fans. :)

Re: Streaming issue: stuttering

Hi babhemu2003! You said your internet speed is 600GB - that's really high. Do you mean 600Mbps? Most locations are barely getting "gigabit" speeds which are around 1Gbps (one gigabit per second, which is roughly 125MB/second maximum speed). Where do you live and who is your internet provi...

Of all the mini PC designs we've discussed, I admit I didn't expect something so.... futuristic?

Anyone else see the new F1As?

I saw these systems on the Ace Magic website a couple week ago. Makes me wonder how well they perform. Seems to have decent specs!

The system contains drivers: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NlXe06cMrhSLAvLyqAvCXD1P3BGvNYCy/view?usp=sharing Hey Barry, I notice the shared file on Google no longer exists. Is there an updated version of this available anywhere? I see some for other CK10 models, but nothing else for these 10th g...

Re: DDR5-5600 Memory Upgrade

It sounds like you've already installed the memory, and it's not recognised? Not booting? But you're able to get into the BIOS? What have you tested so far? As I don't have one of these models, I can't advise on specific settings. Barry posted a video walkthrough of a RAM upgrade here: https://minip...
