Hi Gabe, Thanks for the suggestion. Yes... the 'Boot' section is where I checked first. This would 'normally' be where this sort of information would appear. See the enclosed screenshot . Nothing there re what to do in the event of a power outage. Do ACEPC normally take this long to answer a support...

All of the Main screen attached so BIOS version(s) can be checked. 1 is the top of the main screen, 2 is the middle and 3 is the bottom.
