Re: AMD Ryzen Warranty not honored?
Department3, can you please include a link to the specific product you purchased on Amazon? I believe the AMR5 is one of the brands supported in these forums, unless there's a different vendor selling them. I encountered a problem with the SSD going out on my AMR5, purchased off Amazon, and was able...

Re: [GUIDE] Install pfSense on your S1
Hi break time! Thanks for posting this, I hope someone finds it useful. I actually installed pfsense on my T8pro (smaller system, also has two NICs) and eventually switched to OPNsense after reading about the two of them. I find they're comparable on features. I did not encounter any thermal issues,...

Re: AM07 Betriebssystem startet nicht
Hi Denis_2024, I'm trying to think of options to recover or preserve your data. Some of these depend on how comfortable you feel with technology and making changes to the hardware on a system. Opening the system and reseating it (remove it and re-insert it) won't affect the data on the drive, as lon...

Re: black screen after installation and update
hello I have this model ACEMAGIC AK1Plus but when I update with Windows 11 I have the screen which is no longer recognized by the PC Hi, it sounds like a possible graphics issue. Does the system seem to be running otherwise? Try booting into Windows Safe Mode (there are plenty of instructions out t...

Re: S1 - What does this socket do?
Zooming in and counting the pins, it appears to have 10 of them, which seems to match a classic serial cable. More evidence that it's probably debugging. Still, I get MiyaCulpa's questioning. I love finding those "easter egg" features on devices that offer more than you'd expect. Kinda lik...

Re: S1 - What does this socket do?
If I were to guess, it's some kind of serial port for internal debugging. Since it's on the side that doesn't face customers, I expect it wasn't intended for use by normal people like us.
Still, it looks interesting.

Re: MiniPC AMR5 shut off and won't turn back on
Hi, we are experiencing the same thing. I installed Minecraft for my son last night, 5 minutes after I left the room without anyone touching it, the PC shut down. This morning it will not power on. Brick light is green until I plug it into the PC then it goes out. Sounds like some kind of short; th...

Re: Power button extension ?
I've heard of things like this before, like this one: www.amazon.com/DARKROCK-Button-Extension-Desktop-Computer/dp/B0CPL8N24R However, I don't know how much effort would go into installing it. I believe they are intended for home-built systems, not factory built, as the power button on your AM06 mig...

Re: S1 inside photo
Nice job, MiyaCulpa. I admit, I was curious what the other side of my S1 looked like, but since there's really no reason to take it apart (unless I have thermal paste), I think I'll be keeping it intact. Did you notice any performance or temperature differences between the stock paste and what you p...
