Hi, You have to seal the windows installation, I don't remember exactly what you have to do, I think there is an icon on the desktop. Double click the icon, I think a script runs, then system reboots to Out of Box type boot up.

I have the i5-12450H model and it had windows home when arrived. Reimaged with the new OS image from 22/2/2024 but didn't realize it was Windows 11 Pro, (I know it said so in the name, duh!! ah well... :roll: ). Is there a Home image available please?
