(also, think it'd be a good idea to move this thread to the AMR5 area?) It's a different model than what I have too. Mine is the R5 5600U version. Edit:...

Gabe, I was looking in the AMR5 forum area but can't find it - wasn't there a BIOS update for the AMR5 model because the front dial wasn't actually working as expected? I'd always wondered if I should install that on my own system. Good memory. I had forgotten all about that. It was here . I had a ...

No. The RAM is soldered to the system board. It's not replaceable.

You can try reinstalling the WiFi driver. The drivers for the J3455 AK1/AK3 are here... https://drive.google.com/file/d/19I23tnZzdZBLV2GcaO_B315Yy4lcvc3u/view They're older, but they should still work, and they'll update via Windows Update if necessary. You can also try Driver Booster . If none of t...

If you can still get into the BIOS, you should be able to reset everything to default values. The F Key for doing so should be on the right side of the main BIOS screen. Do that, then Save and Exit the BIOS and see if that gets everything working again.

Re: AM02 replacement parts

Regarding the plastic, though I can't speak for barry777 or the admin, I can say with relative certainty that there's no way to get something like that from the company, unfortunately. About the only chance you may have of finding it is if someone is selling a 'dead' or malfunctioning unit on eBay o...

You should contact barry, a tech for the company, at barry@minipcunion.com. He may very well ask for an order number as well as a video of the fault.

marginalia wrote: Sun Apr 28, 2024 7:19 pm I figured it out. I was an idiot. 🤦‍♀️ When I copied the files to the USB, because he said all files to the root, I took the two boot files out of the folder. I erased the usb, moved the files onto it exactly as they were, and it worked like it was supposed to.
Glad to hear it worked. 👍
