I believe the DDR4 RAM can be upgraded to 64GB (2X32GB), and I believe 3200MHz. I'm not sure about recommendations for which would be most compatible, though I imagine Crucial will be one of them, as barry, a tech for the company, often recommends Crucial for other models. If repeatedly pressing F7 just after pushing the power button doesn't result in entering the Boot Menu, try pressing and holding F7.
