Yes, they're compatible. They're for the J3455 version of the AK3 as well.

No. The RAM is soldered to the system board. It's not replaceable.

If you can still get into the BIOS, you should be able to reset everything to default values. The F Key for doing so should be on the right side of the main BIOS screen. Do that, then Save and Exit the BIOS and see if that gets everything working again.

Regarding the plastic, though I can't speak for barry777 or the admin, I can say with relative certainty that there's no way to get something like that from the company, unfortunately.
