Please could someone point me in the right direction for the correct Win10 audio driver for the GK3V (GK1_V61A 2022_0303) ?
It has an ID of VEN 8086 DEV 3198
I have tried quite a few Intel Smart Audio drivers and Realtek ones but nothing seems to work.

And even with the splitter it's really finicky, if I unplug the monitor from the splitter, sometimes I cannot get the display back again.

This is bizarre, it works if I use a HDMI splitter!
None of my other PC's need this.
